ISC provides mortgage credit reports and related services to authorized mortgage lenders, brokers, and financial institutions. All credit reports are accessed and used exclusively for permissible purposes as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.

Consumer credit information

Consumer credit data accessed through ISC is used solely to fulfill the specific mortgage credit report order placed by an authorized client for a permissible purpose. ISC does not use consumer credit information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than fulfilling the authorized order.

No mobile opt-in information or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
